Top Producer – This is a subscription based service that has a long history in the real estate industry. While not inexpensive it has more features than you could ever imagine using.

Mailchimp.com – This is a mass email program that allows you to easily create beautiful newsletters and announcements. It also has incredible tools to automate your list management (opt-ins, opt-outs, etc) and collect more subscribers.
