Our Purpose seems simple, but it is the governing principle for everything we do and we don’t feel like all real estate companies believe this, and/or lack the capacity make a meaningful impact by focusing on the right things.
When looking at how real estate businesses grow, how client’s find buyers for their homes and how buyers find the properties they are looking for, it is all about exposure. Exposure to your contacts, exposure to the market, exposure to qualified buyers and exposure to the properties that meet client’s needs.
We see so many companies and teams heavily restricting the exposure their agents get through opressive practices that ignore the client’s desire to work with someone they know, like and trust.
According to 2017 NAR data, 98% of the time, people select a specifc agent, based on their personal characteristics and expertise, rather than selecting a particular brokerage .
So, if this is the case… why wouldn’t a brokerage obsess over getting maximum exposure for a Realtor’s unique personal characteristics, skills and expertise? Why would they focus on exposing their own excellence and restrict opportunites of their agents?
