This course will be instructed through zoom. All course materials will be ready for pickup at your office. You will receive a text message once they are complete and a hard copy will be in your mail folder every week along with an emailed copy and the zoom link.

Course Introduction and the Fundamentals

This 12-Week Practicum starts Wednesday, July 8 and will run every Wednesday by zoom until further notice.

****This is a complimentary program exclusive to CIR REALTORS. However, if you sign up and do not complete a minimum of 75% of the program, you will be charged the full course fee of $500. You can attend the first 2 classes with no obligation. After that, you must complete the series in order to avoid the $500 fee.****

CIR REALTY’s unique, proprietary Real Estate Practicum is one of the most comprehensive in the real estate industry. This 12-week extension of the Bachelor Program operates like a university lab where theoretical concepts meet practical real-life application. Over the course of the program, you will be guided through the various areas of building and growing your real estate business.

There will be one two and a half hour class each week in addition to other hands-on assignments throughout the week.

The goal of this program is two-fold. First, to give you the experience and confidence to represent clients. And second, to help you begin immediately engaging in income producing activities.
