CIR REALTY’s unique, proprietary Real Estate Practicum is one of the most comprehensive in the real estate industry. This 12-week extension of the Bachelor Program operates like a university lab where theoretical concepts meet practical real-life application. Over the course of the program, you will be guided through the various areas of building and growing your real estate business.

There will be one two and a half hour class each week in addition to other hands-on assignments throughout the week.

The goal of this program is two-fold. First, to give you the experience and confidence to represent clients. And second, to help you begin immediately engaging in income producing activities.

Whether you are new to the business or looking to refresh your real estate business skills, this program is for you.

This course will be instructed through Zoom. All course materials will be ready for pickup at your office. You will receive a text message once they are complete and ready for pick up. The Zoom link will be emailed to those registered.
