Working with clients where a power of attorney, or a death is involved adds an additional layer of complexity to the transaction that must be carefully considered. Who has the decision making power? In this session, Jeff Kahane will take us through various situations involving a deceased or incapacitated client, other situations when a power of attorney or other special considerations must be made, and will also explain what Probate means and how it affects a transaction.
