We often need to add terms and conditions into a contract to suit our client’s particular needs. Making sure these clauses have the intended outcome is critical to our success in representing our clients.

From accepting back-up offers, to make notes for required repairs with hold-backs, we will be discussing unique and unusual situations that you may encounter when preparing a contract. In addition, we will provide you with guidelines to apply to virtually all situations to assist you in drafting the perfect clause.
