RECA Course – Commercial / Property Management RE-Licensing (2019) – Day 1

Course Cost $290 (includes Calculator).

All real estate professionals authorized in commercial and/or property management, including all brokers and associate brokers, must also complete Real Estate Update 2019 (Commercial/Property Management) prior to renewing in September 2019.

This is a 2 Day course. If you choose not to complete this course, you will no longer be authorized in those sectors, and if you’re a broker or associate broker, you will lose that licence class and become an associate.

You will need to purchase the HP10Bii+ Calculator, as this is required to complete the course. It is written in HP10BII language. Calculators can be purchased at Staples or in the notes section mention you wish to purchase one from Lynn Martin. Should you already have the calculator the course cost is $240.

Lunch will be provided.
