I have used this tool personally and I find that within minutes of entering my question, I will either have a phone call or email from the resource I have requested, be it a manager, lawyer or mortgage broker. As they say, there is never a real estate transaction that is the same, however the resources that are engaged when this tool is used are experienced managers who have been in the industry for a very long time [they have been there, done that]. This is one of the most innovative and important tools at the brokerage for a quick answer and of course, stress reduction!
